Your bot lives on BrainPit and runs on our AI accounts, so it stays live as long as you hold an active Premium membership. No separate hosting bill and no surprise charges.

If your membership lapses, the bot goes quiet. Come back and it comes back with you. Nothing is lost.

Sharing it

Send your link to whoever you like. Anyone who opens it needs their own BrainPit membership, Standard or higher, and then they use your bot exactly the way you do.

A common arrangement: one person pays for the build, and everyone else who wants to use it keeps their own Standard membership.

You don't need to know anything technical.

That is the entire reason this exists. Describe it the way you'd describe it to a neighbor over the fence. We'll handle the rest.

Questions people ask

What if I'm not sure what I want it to do?

Then tell us the frustration instead of the solution. "I lose an hour every Sunday planning meals" is plenty. Working out the right shape for the tool is our job, not yours.

How do I pay, and when?

After we've priced your build you'll get an email with a checkout link created for it. Ordinary card checkout, same as anything else on the site. If the price doesn't work for you, simply don't use the link — nothing is charged and that's the end of it.

What if it doesn't do what I hoped?

You get one round of changes with the build. Use it for a week, send everything you want changed in a single message, and we'll make those changes. If it turns out we can't build what you asked for at all, you get your money back rather than an endless back-and-forth.

Do I have to send you a pile of paperwork?

Almost never. What makes a bot yours is the instructions behind it, not a stack of files. If there's something short and specific — a price list, one example of the format you want — send it over and it goes straight in. Bigger collections are possible, but that's a different job and gets quoted on its own.

Who else can see my bot?

Only the people you send the link to, and only when they're logged in as BrainPit members. It isn't listed in the tool library and it won't turn up in a search.

Can I change it later?

Your bot knows what you handed us on build day. It doesn't quietly keep up with new material on its own, and that's deliberate — it means there's nothing for you to maintain. One round of adjustments comes with the build. Anything after that is a separate job and gets quoted the same way the build did.

Do I need a membership first?

Yes. Your bot runs on a Premium membership, so sign yourself up for one and then send the form. It only takes a minute and you get the run of the whole tool library while you wait for your build.
