1. How do I use the free chatboxes?

Answer:
You can check out our free chatboxes by visiting HERE. To use them, just need to sign up for the free account… and then check your inbox to confirm your email address. You will then have access to the free chatboxes. No spam… no nonsense… you just get the keys to your AI-powered experience.


2. What’s the difference between free and premium chatboxes?

Answer:
Free chatboxes are limited in capability, access or usage frequency. Premium chatboxes are more advanced, often tailored to specific tasks like content creation, productivity, or niche problem-solving. These require credits to use, which can be purchased through our AI Credits store HERE.


3. How do credits work on BrainPit?

Answer:
Each time you use a premium chatbox, it deducts credits based on the usage. Some bots will “cost” more credits than others. The more content you get back from our chatbot, the more expensive it is. You can track your credits in your account area. Credits are only deducted when you actually run a chat or task. Go HERE to buy AI credits, which we also call tokens.


4. I purchased credits but don’t see them in my account. What should I do?

Answer:
First, make sure you’re logged in with the same email you used during checkout. Sometimes it takes a minute or two to sync. If you still don’t see them, please open a support ticket—we’ll make it right.


5. Can I request a custom chatbox for my business or personal needs?

Answer:
Absolutely. If you have a task you want AI to help with—whether it’s writing blog posts, planning meals, brainstorming business ideas, or anything else—you can request a custom chatbox via our Contact Page.


6. What AI models does BrainPit use?

Answer:
We use a mix of the top popular and proven AI models. Different chatboxes may run on different models depending on what performs best for the task.


7. Are the chatboxes safe and private to use?

Answer:
Yes. We never sell or share your data. Conversations are processed securely through our AI providers, and we do not store or reuse your personal prompts unless explicitly allowed for a custom tool or feature.

As with any AI-powered platform, always do your own due diligence. The AI models we use are 3rd party tools. AI can occasionally make mistakes or provide outdated or inaccurate information — especially on important or sensitive topics. Use our tools as a starting point, not the final word. And by the way, you should always do your own due diligence… regardless of the site you use or if you use AI or not… on any platform and with any AI model.


8. I found a bug or the chatbot didn’t respond. What do I do?

Answer:
If a chatbox fails to respond, wait a minute or 2, refresh the page and try again. If the issue continues, please submit a support ticket with the name of the chatbot, what you typed, and a screenshot if possible. We’ll investigate and try to resolve it quickly.


9. Do I need to create an account to use BrainPit?

Answer:
Yes, a free membership account is needed for the free chatboxes. However, to track your AI credits, access premium features, or manage purchases, you’ll need a premium account.


10. How often do you release new chatboxes or updates?

Answer:
We’re constantly building. New chatboxes are added weekly—and often daily. If you have an idea or need, let us know through our support or contact form. You might just see your idea come to life.


11. How do I actually use a chatbot on BrainPit?

Answer:
It’s simple! Just click on the page for the chatbox that you want to use. Then scroll down to the chatbox, and follow the initial prompt it asks you to do. Sometimes it may be a button to click and with some chatboxes it will ask you a simple question to answer to kick things off… and then hit the “send” button. Sometimes we may call it something other than “send” like “translate this” but it will be intuitive on what the button is. Some bots ask for inputs like dropdowns or checkboxes before starting—just fill those in and click the button. Most bots guide you step-by-step, and you can restart at any time using the “Start Over” button that is below the chat.


12. Can I use BrainPit chatboxes on my phone or tablet?

Answer:
Yes! BrainPit is fully mobile-friendly. Whether you’re on a phone, tablet, or desktop, all our chatboxes work seamlessly—no app required.


13. What happens if I refresh the page or come back later—will my chat still be there?

Answer:
In most cases, yes. Your chat will remain visible as long as you haven’t clicked the “Start Over” button or cleared your browser’s cache/storage. The chatbox stores your conversation locally in your specific browser, so you can come back to it—even after refreshing or navigating away. If the content is important to you… I would recommend copying the content you want and pasting it into a text file, document or email. When you hover over the chatbox content you want, a little copy icon will show up which will copy that specific response (not the whole chat). On some chatboxes, we have a copy button in place to copy the last response.


14. Will the chatbots remember past conversations or context?

Answer:
Not permanently. Chatboxes don’t retain memory across different visits or devices, and they don’t know who you are. However, your current chat session is saved in your browser’s local storage, so you can usually pick up where you left off—unless you click “Start Over” or clear your browser cache. For privacy, we don’t store or reuse your chats on our servers.
